Delivery

All UK orders made on superstar-store.com are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. Recorded Delivery take 1-3 days if you need it quicker send a email and we can sort a faster delivery

 

This applies on orders made Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays. Orders made on a weekend cannot be processed until Monday. Therefore orders created on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched next working day (Monday) and be delivered before on Tuesday.

 

 

Use Special Delivery™ Next Day and we’ll guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30pm.

 

When we deliver your item they will collect a signature to confirm receipt. We then update the online tracking system with details of the delivery time and date. We also add an electronic copy of the signature taken, with the Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) service to ensure maximum security.

International Shipping

All International orders (outside the UK) are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For™ which is cost-effective and secure. This goes via registered airmail and will require a signature on delivery.

 

All international orders have a fixed delivery price of £19.95.
