Get money for your Sneakers

This is an opportunity for you to turn your sneakers into cash with out all the hassle that usually goes with listing them on auction sites such as Ebay. Customers can withdraw their sneakers at anytime but please be aware that there is a £10 charge if they are withdrawn with 14 days of listing.

If you can get in person to the store, then all you need to do is:

 

• Bring your unused or very lightly worn sneakers into our store
• Decide a fair price between yourself and one of members of staff
• As soon as the sneakers are sold we will notify you via email or telephone.
• You will receive 80% of the sale price via a business cheque within 2 working days of the sale.

 

If you cant get into the store (including international customers) you need to:

 

• Send us an email to consign@superstar-store.com including detailed photographs, sizes & condition of any sneakers you wish to sell. Also all your contact details.
• We will reply via email with a refresher of our terms & conditions and a pintable delivery label
• Send your sneakers to Superstar and as soon as we receive them a confirmation email will be sent to you and link for you to view them on our website.
• As soon as the sneakers sell we will notify you within 24 hours via email or telephone. We will post a cheque (or a bank transfer for international customers) within 48 hours. For all international bank transfers there is a £15 charge.
